Nicolas Grospierre likes to probe the relationship between architecture and photography by challenging the accustomed norms of 2 and 3-dimensionality and the parameters of different media. With his camera he investigates the concept of a building as well as the architectural process. For this exhibition Grospierre has chosen the Aviation Museum in Cracow as his subject and created a new body of work, including a series of large paper planes made from his photographs, which act as a playful homage to the architect’s design.
